On Thursday, March 13, 2025, the Human Rights Unit at the College of Law at the University of Fallujah, in cooperation with the Human Rights Division at the University Presidency, held a workshop entitled: (Legal methods to reduce the negative use of websites), in which Eng. M. Ayman Hammoud Muhammad / University Presidency / Human Rights Division. This workshop discussed the legal methods and government procedures for combating cybercrime, including electronic extortion and electronic fraud, and the laws in force to deal with these crimes. The workshop also addressed the legal penalties for violators, and highlighted the challenges facing combating cybercrime and proposed solutions. It also raised discussions with students regarding cybercrime and making efforts to reduce them.
