Program accreditation, in the presence of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Raed Naji Ahmed, and all the faculty members at the college, the Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Division held the scientific workshop entitled (Evaluating faculty performance is a requirement for program accreditation) on Tuesday, the first of October 2024. The following were present at the workshop: - 1- Dr. Bariq Youssef Muhammad, Director of the Quality Assurance and Academic Accreditation Division 2- M.M. Abu Bakr Jubair Saleh, Performance Evaluation Unit Officer 3 - M.M. Wael Ismail Khalaf, Quality Assurance Unit Officer 4- M.M. Raed Abdel Hamid Muhammad, responsible for the laboratory accreditation unit. The workshop aimed to highlight the importance of performance evaluation in improving the educational process and providing feedback to faculty members. The lecturers explained the criteria for the evaluation form, the weighted percentages for each criterion, and the mechanism for documenting activities and stages that the performance evaluation process goes through. This activity comes in fulfillment of the requirements of the sixth indicator of the first element of the third standard (faculty members) for the purpose of obtaining programmatic accreditation for the college.
