As part of a series of activities, the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the College of Law held a workshop entitled (Criminal Liability Resulting from the Use of Narcotic Substances) on Tuesday, February 6, 2024, in which Professor Dr. Muhammad Jiyad Zaidan lectured. The workshop included topics on criminal responsibility in trafficking, abuse, manufacturing or cultivation, places of their promotion, and the type of punishment resulting from that according to the Anti-Drug Law amended in 2017, where trafficking, abuse, manufacturing, cultivation, and other methods of obtaining substances are criminalized.
