As part of a series of annual activities, the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit, in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit at the College of Law, held a workshop entitled (Failure and decline in university studies, causes and treatments) on Monday, April 29, 2024, attended by the assistant lecturer (Saja Hamdi Mizer). It addressed several topics, including the academic decline of university students, the result of which is attributed to several factors: including study pressures, lack of motivation, psychological tension, and the imbalance between personal and academic life. The challenges of adapting to the new university environment also addressed some solutions, such as organizing time and developing study skills, seeking psychological and academic support, promoting mental health, and participating in external activities to achieve balance and strengthen social ties.
