Summer Training Committee Follows Up on College Students at the Fallujah Courthouse Complex
Pursuant to the directive of the Dean of the College, Prof. Dr. Raed Naji Ahmed, the Summer Training Committee at the College of Law, University of Fallujah, conducted a field visit to the Fallujah Courthouse Complex to follow up on students assigned to summer training and to assess their commitment and seriousness in participating in the training program, thereby contributing to the enhancement of their scientific and practical skills and bridging the gap between academic knowledge and field application.
The committee was headed by the Head of the Public Law Branch, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sufyan Latif Ali, and included as members: the Rapporteur of the Private Law Branch, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Thaer Hamid Awad, Assistant Lecturer Mustafa Tahrir Mohammed, and the Head of the Fallujah Lawyers' Assignment Chamber, Mr. Omar Hamid Numan.
The visit included a meeting with the Head of the Fallujah Courthouse Complex and its Chief Judge, Mr. Mohammed Muttalib Al-Jumaili, who praised the academic level of the College of Law students and the solid theoretical training they receive, emphasizing the importance of practical training in honing their skills and preparing them for the future practice of legal work.
During the visit, the committee members also met with the First Investigative Judge, Mr. Wathiq Sami Mohammed, the Investigative Judge, Mr. Ghassan Hamid Saleh, and the Deputy Public Prosecutor, Mr. Amer Rahim Ghali, who expressed their full support for the summer training program and their readiness to cooperate with the College of Law in providing an effective training environment that contributes to the development of students' practical skills and the refinement of their professional capabilities. This is expected to positively reflect on the quality of legal education outputs and enhance their readiness to competently engage in judicial and legal practice.
This visit comes within the framework of the College of Law at the University of Fallujah's commitment to field-monitoring summer training programs and strengthening partnerships with judicial institutions, in order to achieve educational objectives and ensure the provision of a training environment that contributes to preparing legal cadres equipped with knowledge and practical experience.
