Scientific Activity
As part of the scientific and academic cooperation between our college and constitutional institutions, one of the faculty members of the College of Law at the University of Fallujah, Dr. Ahmed Talal Abdul Hamid, participated in the proceedings of the Third Constitutional Judiciary Forum in Iraq, held in Baghdad on December 23, 2025, under the sponsorship of the Supreme Federal Court and the College of Law, University of Baghdad. He presented his research paper titled:
"The Role of Judicial Governance in Enhancing Constitutional Justice."

The paper addressed the concept of judicial governance and its impact on the institutional structure of the Supreme Federal Court, the adoption of modern constitutional litigation management strategies, the supportive judiciary system, methods of early judicial control over constitutional cases, differential management of complex constitutional cases, as well as the application of the principle of transparency in announcing rulings, the evolution in judicial jurisprudence and its safeguards, in addition to the electronic automation of judicial work. These scientific proposals were well-received and commended by the President and honorable members of the Supreme Federal Court.
