Within the plan of annual scientific activities for our college’s teaching staff, the College of Law at the University of Fallujah held on Monday, April 15, 2024, the discussion session entitled (The Role of National Committees in Enforcing International Humanitarian Law), which was presented by Assistant Lecturer Saja Hamdi Mizer, teaching at our college. National committees in Iraq are a vital part of the efforts made to promote and implement international humanitarian law, and they play an essential role in ensuring adherence to the principles of international law. And reviewing the role of national committees in enforcing International humanitarian law in Iraq and analyzing the factors that affect its performance and the challenges it faces, in addition to providing recommendations to enhance its role.
