In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful (O reassured soul * return to your Lord, satisfied and pleasing * so enter among My servants * and enter My Paradise). With hearts that believe in God’s will and destiny, the Deanship of the College mourns. Law, University of Fallujah, brother and colleague (Haitham Khalil Obaid), an employee in our college, after a severe illness that he suffered for a long time, passed away to the mercy of God Almighty. With this great loss, the Deanship of the College and all its members extend to the family of the deceased their deepest condolences and great sympathy, asking the Almighty God to cover him with his vast mercy and to inspire his family and relatives with patience and good condolences.
