The law requires the protection of private real estate property from the act of usurpation that affects it as an illegal act, as the law imposes a penalty for reparation. Damage, and to ensure the legally established sanctity of infringement, the law removes the usurped hand from the usurped property, and obliges him to return it to its owner, with the obligation to compensate for the benefit of the property that was deprived of him without reason, in the form of a similar fee. The position of the Iraqi judiciary on this is determined by tracking the decisions and rulings issued by it.
