Limiting initiatives concerned with financing small and medium-sized enterprises to a limited number of banks, not allocating adequate funds, and the difficulty of subjugating the entities benefiting from these funds as a result of regulatory obstacles have limited the ability of the banking system to contribute to the small and medium-sized enterprises sector. Thus, the neglect of these projects has led to The decline of its role in the process of growth and development and its dependence on available local production requirements, due to its lack of laws to protect it and deter its violation.
