Master's thesis: "Legal regulation of small projects."
A master’s thesis at the College of Law, University of Fallujah, discussing the legal regulation of small and medium enterprises. With God Almighty’s blessings. On Monday, 7/22/2024, the College of Law discussed a master’s thesis in private law, tagged ((Legal regulation of small and medium enterprises)) and submitted by master’s student Farah Tariq Ibrahim. The importance of these projects has become the focus of the efforts of the governments of developing and developed countries, because of the role they play in increasing production, providing job opportunities, in addition to participation. Increasing the economic growth of these countries. The study also showed that small and medium-sized enterprises face an obstacle in the degree of market development, regulatory obstacles, financing obstacles, basic external obstacles to growth, social security problems, and a lack of clarity in government policies to support these projects. Limiting initiatives concerned with financing small and medium-sized enterprises to a limited number of banks, not allocating adequate funds, and the difficulty of subjugating the entities benefiting from these funds as a result of regulatory obstacles have limited the ability of the banking system to contribute to the small and medium-sized enterprises sector. Thus, the neglect of these projects has led to The decline of its role in the process of growth and development and its dependence on available local production requirements, due to its lack of laws to protect it and deter its violation. The discussion committee consisted of: Professor Majeed Ahmed Ibrahim, Chairman, Professor Muhammad Latif Saleh, Member, Professor Haifa Mazhar Falhi, Member, Professor Dr. Sahar Rashid Ali, Member and Supervisor, and after an extensive study of the thesis and the discussion committee hearing the student’s defenses of her thesis. The committee decided to accept the thesis and grant the student a master’s degree. A thousand congratulations to the student for this effort she made, and may she achieve her doctorate, God willing.
