Legal Protection of Public Funds

As part of the series of activities of the Legal Unit in our college and within the framework of the anti-corruption and corruption reduction plan, the workshop titled (Legal Protection of Public Funds) was held on Monday, December 1, 2025. It was presented by Instructor Ashwaq Talib Kassar and aimed to analyze the constitutional and legislative framework regulating the preservation of public funds, as well as to explain the legal controls and oversight mechanisms adopted in promoting integrity and combating corruption. The workshop concluded with a number of proposals aimed at consolidating the principles of legal protection of public funds and enhancing the mechanisms for their implementation.
