The Impact of Technological Development on Public Facilities Management

The Scientific Affairs Division held a discussion session titled “The Impact of Technological Development on Public Facilities Management” on Tuesday, December 2, 2025, presented by Dr. Ismail Fadel Halwas.

The session addressed the most prominent modern technologies used in developing the performance of public facilities and enhancing service delivery efficiency, in addition to discussing the challenges faced by government entities in keeping pace with digital transformation.

The session also witnessed interaction from the attendees through questions and interventions, which contributed to enriching the topic and highlighting the importance of employing technology in serving the community and enhancing the efficiency of public institutions.
