Environment, Energy, and Development from a Legal Perspective
Within the scientific activities of the College of Law, a scientific lecture was delivered today, Monday, 15/12/2025
In the Judge (Diaa Sheet Khattab) Hall at the College of Law, a scientific lecture was presented by Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Abdul Latif, an external examiner, entitled (Environment, Energy, and Development from a Legal Perspective).
The lecture addressed the legal dimensions associated with environmental protection, regulating the energy sector, and their relationship to sustainable development. It also clarified the role of legislation and legal policies in achieving a balance between development requirements and the preservation of natural resources.
The lecture witnessed distinguished attendance and interaction from faculty members and students, characterized by its rigorous scientific presentation and constructive discussions, which contributed to enriching the scientific and intellectual aspect.
At the conclusion of the lecture, the Dean of the College of Law expressed gratitude and appreciation to Professor Dr. Mohammed Mohammed Abdul Latif for his valuable scientific efforts, wishing him continued success in his academic career.
