The Employee's Right to Obtain a Tax Declaration

The Scientific Affairs Division held a discussion session titled (The Employee's Right to Obtain a Tax Declaration), presented by M.M. Anwar Nouri Khalil, on Monday, January 5, 2026, in Judge Dhia Shit Khattab Hall.

The discussion session addressed clarifying the extent of an employee's right to obtain a tax declaration, based on the effective Income Tax Law No. (113) of 1982 as amended, and the Direct Deduction Instructions No. (1) of 2007. It was emphasized that the employee and worker have a firm legal right to obtain a tax declaration in accordance with the effective legislation.

The session witnessed interaction from the attendees through interventions and questions that contributed to clarifying the legal and regulatory aspects related to the subject, thereby enhancing tax awareness and employment rights.
