Chaired by Prof. Dr. Raed Naji Ahmed, Dean of the College of Law at the University of Fallujah, and in the presence of all council members, the College of Law Council held its fifth open session—Part One—for the academic year 2025–2026 on Sunday, December 28, 2025. This session was convened within the framework of the College Council’s commitment to ensuring the quality of the educational process and elevating academic programs in alignment with the plans of the Ministry of Higher Education and the orientations of the University of Fallujah.
