Educational Workshop

The Women's Affairs Unit at the College of Law, University of Fallujah, held an educational workshop titled "The Woman in Combating Administrative Corruption: A Pioneering Role in Achieving Integrity and Transparency." This workshop was part of the fourth pillar of Participation and Institutional Reform.

It was presented by Dr. Shaima Shaker Khashman and Assistant Lecturer Asil Amir Hamoud on Monday, corresponding to November 24, 2025.

The workshop focused on the pioneering role of women through their participation in designing and implementing anti-corruption policies, leading transparency initiatives, and contributing to raising societal awareness about the risks and effects of corruption. Their presence in oversight and governance bodies helps uncover violations and strengthens public trust in government institutions. Supporting and empowering women in leadership positions is considered one of the most important methods for enhancing integrity, as it helps build more transparent institutions that are responsive to the principles of good governance.

This activity was conducted in accordance with the directives of the Women's Affairs Department in the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, regarding the implementation of the Third National Plan for the year 2025.
