The College of Law organized a discussion session titled "The Financial Crisis of the Iraqi State in Light of the Absence of a Budget Law, Weak Resources, and a Caretaker Government." The lecture was delivered by the Dean of the College of Law, Professor Dr. Raed Naji Ahmed.
The session addressed the most prominent challenges facing public finances in Iraq, particularly the repercussions of the absence of the federal budget law, weak financial resources, and the impact of the nature of the caretaker government on spending mechanisms and financial decision-making.
