With the blessing of God Almighty, the Public Law Branch, in the presence of (A.M.D. Ammar Rajab Muaishar), head of the branch in our college, discussed on Monday, 11/6/2023, the topic submitted by the student (Marwa Azmi Ahmed) as a project for a master’s thesis. The discussion committee consisted of: 1_ A.M.D. Nafi Bahr Sultan, Chairman 2_ M.D. Sufyan Latif Ali, Member 3_ A.M.D. Khaled Awad Hammadi, member and supervisor, where the committee expressed observations and suggestions that reinforce the idea and problem of the topic and its broad outlines.
