With God’s blessing, the private law branch of our college discussed on Tuesday, 11/28/2023, the topic submitted by the student (Nour Abdel Qader Hamad) as a master’s thesis project in commercial law. The discussion committee consisted of: 1_ A.M.D. Majeed Ahmed Ibrahim, Chairman 2_ Dr. Omar Ali Negm, Member 3_ Prof. Dr. Sahar Rashid Al Nuaimi, member and supervisor, where the committee expressed its observations surrounding the topic in all its aspects. Some suggestions were also presented to the student to serve her topic and to overcome the difficulties she may face in the future.
