Within the frameworks of scientific and academic communication between our college and the law colleges in Iraqi universities. Prof. Dr. Majeed Ahmed Ibrahim, head of the private law branch in our college, participated in the membership of the committee to discuss the master’s thesis entitled (Abuse of the controlling position of commercial companies in the relevant market - a comparative study), which was presented by the student (Hussein Abd Ali Hussein). The discussion took place in the College of Law at the University of Babylon on Thursday, 2/13/2025. The thesis was approved with a very good grade.
