International Commercial Arbitration Competition: It was held on Saturday and Sunday, January 25 - 26, 2025, within the College of Law, University of Fallujah. The oral arbitration session was in its first phase for our college team (the students) participating in the competition held by the Saudi Center for International Commercial Arbitration in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in its sixth edition. The college team participated on the first day electronically in the oral pleading as a representative of (the arbitrator) against the Kuwaiti Law College team. International, and the team participated on the second day in a row, representing (the defendant) against the University of Mumbai team, in accordance with the program approved by the Centre. This was preceded by the submission of the written regulations within the timings approved by the aforementioned center, and the representation in the proposed arbitration case came after presenting the defenses that contribute to obtaining the arbitration panel’s conviction about the team’s capabilities and their legal proposals and the extent of understanding the case and its realistic and legal data. The above participation comes within the purposeful student activities of our college, in which the college is keen to participate and create the necessary capabilities for that, in order to consolidate a sound understanding of the law and international agreements related to commercial arbitration and to keep pace with the practical reality and blend Between the scientific and practical aspects for the purpose of training students and urging them to participate in scientific activities that contribute to qualifying them to work in the field of international arbitration.
