As part of the college’s activities in cooperation with the Fallujah Lawyers Authority, the College of Law at the University of Fallujah held, on Thursday, November 2, 2023, a scientific activity represented by giving a lecture in the virtual court targeting third-year students, by the lawyer (Omar Hamid Nofan), head of the Fallujah Lawyers’ Mandate Authority, and the lawyer (Mahmoud Ismail Al-Khatib), a member of the Courses Committee of the Fallujah Lawyers’ Mandate Authority. The lecture centered around introducing the students to Litigation procedures and focused on the practical aspect in the courts, which contributes to raising the students’ academic performance, creating an integrated idea for them about the mechanism of work in the courts, preparing a personality capable of understanding and applying the law, and preparing them psychologically for the post-graduation stage. Discussions also took place to open bridges of cooperation between the college and the Fallujah Lawyers’ Delegation Authority to develop the work of the (Legal Clinic) unit in the college by adopting humanitarian cases in the college that need practical procedures or specific facilities in the courts and in accordance with the provisions of the law.
