Administrative and Criminal Responsibility of Public Employees in Corruption Cases
The Legal Unit at the College of Law held a scientific workshop on Monday, March 30, 2026, titled (Administrative and Criminal Responsibility of Public Employees in Corruption Cases), attended by a number of college affiliates, including faculty members and staff.
The workshop addressed the most important legal aspects related to the responsibility of public employees in cases of administrative corruption, explaining the administrative and criminal consequences of job violations, as well as clarifying the legal procedures taken against the employee if the violation is proven, while emphasizing the importance of adhering to laws and job instructions to protect public funds and enhance integrity and transparency in institutional work.

The workshop witnessed interaction from the attendees through a number of questions and inquiries regarding the topic of the legal responsibility of public employees, which were answered in a scientific and legal manner that enhances the legal awareness of the college affiliates.
At the conclusion of the workshop, the Legal Unit at the College of Law affirmed its commitment to continuing to hold such workshops and awareness seminars that contribute to spreading legal culture and strengthening the principles of integrity and job responsibility.
