Within the directions of the College of Law and in line with its vision of preparing highly qualified graduates and with the aim of providing our college graduates and students with legal skills in a way that contributes to investing all of this in the fields of legal work, the College held this Wednesday, corresponding to 4/16/2025, and through its Rehabilitation and Employment Unit, a lecture entitled (Methods of writing and drafting objection regulations), in which the jurist (L.M. Mustafa Sabah Nouri) lectured, in which he discussed the most important means of appealing administrative decisions or... Judicial objection regulations represent a legal tool given to the aggrieved party to defend his rights and correct what he sees as errors or violations. In order for this regulation to be effective and influential, it requires high skill in drafting and precise knowledge of the legal and procedural foundations. This lecture also discussed the most important formal and substantive controls that must be taken into account, along with practical applications that make it easier for the student or practitioner to formulate a sound legal objection.
