To activate frameworks of cooperation between the College of Law and the judiciary in Fallujah

To activate frameworks of cooperation between the College of Law and the judiciary in Fallujah

To activate frameworks of cooperation between the College of Law and the judiciary in Fallujah, and out of a firm belief that practical and applied aspects complement theoretical legal knowledge, the Dean’s Office of the College of Law at the University of Fallujah—represented by the Dean, Professor Dr. Raed Naji Ahmed, the Assistant Dean for Scientific Affairs, Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Ali Najm, and the supervising instructor of the Virtual Court and Legal Clinic programs, Assistant Lecturer Mustafa Tahrir—conducted a visit to the Fallujah Court on Thursday, January 22, 2026.

The delegation met with the President of the Court and its First Judge, Mr. Mohammed Matlub Al-Jumaili, along with a number of other judges from the Misdemeanor Court, Personal Status Court, and Investigation Courts. It was agreed that court judges would have a significant role in developing legal education curricula at the college and actively contribute by delivering lectures and organizing applied judicial competitions aimed at enhancing law students' practical legal skills. This will prepare them for legal work after graduation in judicial fields, whether as lawyers, judges, or public prosecutors, thereby realizing the college's vision and fulfilling its mission of graduating distinguished students in the field of law.

In conclusion, the Dean of the College thanked the First Judge, Mr. Mohammed Matlub, for his warm reception and hospitality extended to the college delegation. Gratitude was also extended to all court judges across various litigation fields, who praised this step and emphasized the need to activate it regularly.
