- Providing essential services to ensure the continuity of daily operations by managing the workforce, including permanent staff, contract workers, and daily wage employees.
- Supervising maintenance operations and the upkeep of devices and systems related to the college's infrastructure.
- Overseeing and following up on the design and maintenance of the college gardens and ensuring all necessary supplies are provided.
- Participating in leading and being a member of committees related to the department's work inside and outside the college.
- Providing all basic and necessary requirements to sustain the work of the colleges and departments.
- Monitoring compliance with safety and firefighting regulations in the various colleges and departments.
