University of Fallujah Witnesses a PhD Dissertation Defense on "Legitimate Expectations of Contracting Parties"
Today, Monday, July 13, 2026, the College of Law at the University of Fallujah witnessed a public defense of the PhD dissertation titled (Legitimate Expectations of Contracting Parties – A Comparative Study) by the researcher (Ahmed Fayez Abd Hamid Al-Obaidi), which shed light on one of the most precise and influential legal principles concerning the stability and protection of contractual transactions.
The esteemed discussion committee consisted of a distinguished group of professors and academic experts and included:

- Prof. Dr. Saddam Faisal Kawkaz – Member.
