Responsibilities of the Graduate Studies Unit:
- Preserving all instructions related to the admission regulations and study leave for graduate students.
- Coordinating with scientific departments to create a study leave plan according to the regulations.
- Monitoring the establishment of new graduate programs within the college.
- Issuing administrative orders (regarding study leaves, admission of graduate students, cancellation of admission, re-registration of canceled students in the college).
- Monitoring curricula, study hours, and research proposals for graduate students.
- Tracking the academic progress of graduate students.
