Duties of the Office:
- Receiving and hosting guests, officials, and invitees attending seminars and conferences held at the college in the Dean’s Office.
- Receiving external members of thesis/dissertation defense committees for graduate students in the Dean’s Office.
- Preparing the requirements and arrangements for college council meetings held in the Dean’s Office.
- Scheduling meetings between the Dean and faculty members, staff, students, and external visitors.
- Organizing regular and confidential mail in a dedicated folder and presenting it to the Dean.
- Receiving confidential mail related to the college, recording it in the incoming mail register, and issuing confidential college letters.
- Following up on all documents and memos received from the departments, divisions, and units addressed to the Dean’s Office.
- Resolving problems and obstacles that may arise within the college to the extent possible.
