On Monday, 11/11/2024, the Rehabilitation, Employment and Follow-up Unit at the College of Law at the University of Fallujah held a workshop entitled (Distinguishing Between Positive Law and Procedural Law) in which it addressed the concept of positive law and procedural law and that they are two complementary aspects of the legal system, as the first defines rights and duties while the second organizes the procedures necessary to implement and protect these rights, and the distinction between them is important for understanding how the judicial system works and how justice is applied.
