Within the framework of the efforts of the Anti-Corruption Subcommittee at the College of Law, University of Fallujah, a workshop was held on Tuesday, December 3, 2024, on anti-corruption mechanisms, which included a historical introduction to corruption, its types and manifestations, and the role of good governance in strengthening anti-corruption efforts. The role of external and internal oversight bodies and the foundations and framework of vertical and horizontal oversight was reviewed.
