With the blessing of God Almighty and under the patronage of (Prof. Dr. Ahmed Suleiman Hamad), President of the University of Fallujah, and in the presence of (Prof. Suleiman Barak Dayeh), Assistant to the President of the University for Administrative Affairs, and under the direct supervision of the Dean of the College, the College of Law at the University of Fallujah held on Tuesday, 3/5/2024, its second scientific symposium for the academic year 2023-2024, tagged ((The general budget in Iraq between the balance of economics and law). The symposium included two axes: the first axis: the school methodology to which public budgets were subjected during the past two decades, and lectured by (Prof. Dr. Mazhar Muhammad Salih), advisor to the Prime Minister for Financial Affairs.
