On the morning of Thursday, 11/16/2023, the College of Law at the University of Fallujah, out of cooperation and openness with the judicial authorities, held a scientific activity represented by a lecture by Judge (Salah Mikhlif Obaid Al-Alwani), Chief Public Prosecutor at the Presidency of the Anbar Court of Appeal, about (the role of the Public Prosecution in civil and criminal cases) within the activities of the virtual court at the College, which contributes to training students and informing them of the tasks of the Public Prosecution in Iraq. And the monitoring and supervisory role that it plays, and the focus on the practical aspects of monitoring the legality of decisions and the extent of its impact on protecting the state’s system and security and ensuring the highest interests of the people and preserving state funds. After concluding the lecture, the Dean expressed his thanks and gratitude to His Excellency the Judge for the valuable information he provided and the facts he presented that were examined before the judiciary, in service of the scientific process and our dear students.
