As part of the activities of the College of Law at the University of Fallujah in cooperation with the Fallujah Enforcement Directorate, the college held, on Thursday, February 29, 2024, a scientific activity represented by giving a lecture in the virtual court targeting third and fourth-year students, by the Fallujah justice executor, Mr. Adel Izz al-Din Muhammad al-Rawi. The lecture centered around introducing the students to the implementation procedures in accordance with applicable Iraqi laws and the role of the justice executor in preserving the rights of citizens. And fulfilling their financial dues and maintaining the rights of the state. The lecture focused on the practical aspect of the stage of implementing judicial rulings and other executive documents and the procedures that should be followed to guarantee these rights, which contributes to introducing students and conveying to them an integrated picture of the mechanism of work in the implementation directorates, in order to establish the correct understanding and proper application of the law and prepare them for the post-graduation stage. In turn, the Dean thanked the Executor, Justice, for his efforts and the remarkable cooperation he showed in serving our dear students. Media Division/College of Law
