The Rights of the Insane between Sharia and Law
The College of Law held a scientific lecture on Tuesday, April 7, 2027, entitled "The Rights of the Insane between Sharia and Law," delivered by instructor Nabaa Rekan Fajr, in the presence of a number of college students.
The lecture addressed the rights of persons lacking legal capacity under both Islamic law and positive law, highlighting the legal and humanitarian protections established for them, as well as the mechanisms for preserving their dignity and ensuring their rights in society.
The lecture aimed to enhance students' legal awareness of the importance of this group and the necessity of providing them with the required protection in accordance with religious and legal texts, thereby contributing to the achievement of social justice and the safeguarding of human rights.
