A public discussion was held today at the College of Law – University of Fallujah for the master's thesis submitted by student Omar Ali Abdul, titled:
"The Legal System for Amending the Share Capital of a Joint Stock Company – A Comparative Study"
The thesis addressed the legal provisions related to amending the share capital of a joint stock company, whether by increase or reduction, outlining the controls and procedures followed in comparative legislations, as well as the main practical problems facing their application, culminating in a set of findings and recommendations that contribute to the development of the legal environment for companies.
The discussion committee consisted of the following members:
