PhD Dissertation Defense at the College of Law
Student Hanaa Ali Ibrahim defended her doctoral dissertation entitled
"The Fiduciary Function of Industrial and Commercial Property Rights – A Comparative Study"
at the Judge Diaa Chet Khattab Hall in the College of Law, on Thursday, January 29, 2026.
The dissertation committee was composed of the following members:

• Prof. Dr. Amir Hussein Jassim – Member
• Prof. Dr. Majid Ahmed Ibrahim – Member

• Prof. Dr. Saddam Faisal Kokaz – Member and Supervisor
The defense took place in a rigorous academic atmosphere. After thorough deliberation on the dissertation's subject matter and its in-depth comparative legal analysis, the committee decided to award the student the Doctorate degree with a rating of "Very Good", in appreciation of her scholarly effort and the academic value of the research.
