Professor Dr. Ziyad Tariq Jassim, a faculty member at our college, participated as a member of the doctoral thesis defense committee. The thesis, titled "The Interplay of Contractual and Tortious Liability in Contemporary Legal Systems. was presented by the student (Ali Kadhim Ajil).

The defense took place at the College of Law, University of Al-Nahrain, on Tuesday, 15 July 2025. The thesis was approved with a rating of "Very Good".
