With the blessing of God Almighty, the discussion panel entitled (Constitutionality of the Khor Abdullah Agreement in accordance with the 2005 Iraqi Constitution) was conducted by Dr. Sufyan Latif Ali, on 12/26/2023, and the ruling of the Iraqi Federal Supreme Court issued on 9/4/2023 declaring the unconstitutionality of the Khor Abdullah Agreement was discussed, and a statement of the extent of its compatibility with the effective Iraqi constitution, as well as a statement of the fate of this agreement at the international level in accordance with the agreement in us for the law.
