Master's Thesis Defense at the College of Law
This morning, Thursday, 11/12/2025, the public defense of the master's thesis by student (Mohammed Fawzi Khalifa) from the College of Law / University of Fallujah was held. The thesis is titled ["The Legal Regulation of Oversight in Joint Stock Companies – A Comparative Study"] and took place in Judge (Dhiya Shit Khattab) Hall.
The discussion committee consisted of the following esteemed professors:
- Prof. Dr. Mohammed Lateef Saleh (Chairman)
- Prof. Dr. Russel Abdul Sattar Abdul Jabbar (Member)
- Prof. Dr. Omar Ali Najm (Member)
- Prof. Dr. Sahr Rashid Al-Nuaimi (Member and Supervisor)
At the conclusion of the defense, the thesis was accepted after hearing the researcher's arguments about his work and the committee's discussion of its valuable subject.
