A master’s thesis at the College of Law, University of Fallujah, discussing the retrial of the criminal trial in accordance with the General Amnesty Law. With the blessing of God Almighty, the College of Law discussed on Sunday, 6/23/2024, a master’s thesis in public law tagged ((The retrial of the criminal trial according to the General Amnesty Law - a comparative study)) and submitted by the master’s student Qusay Abd Mahmoud. The discussion committee consisted of: Prof. Dr. Muhammad Jiyad Zaidan, Chairman Prof. Dr. Nagham Hamad Ali, member, Prof. Dr. Khaled Ahmed Ali, member, Prof. Dr. Ammar Rajab Muaishar, member and supervisor. After extensive study of the thesis and the discussion committee hearing the student’s defenses for his thesis, the committee decided to accept the thesis and award the student a master’s degree.
