Professor Dr. Ammar Rajab Mashoor, a teaching staff member in our college, participated in the workshop titled "Litigation and Defense Skills Before Courts." The workshop was held in our college by the Rehabilitation and Employment Unit.

The workshop focused on explaining how to develop the personal skills of legal professionals in the field of litigation before courts. Undoubtedly, litigation and defense skills before courts require an integrated set of legal and personal capabilities that enable a lawyer to present their case effectively and convince the judge of the presented facts through the evidence provided. This requires reinforcing deep legal knowledge by building a defense strategy and developing an effective defense plan that covers all stages of litigation, while identifying the key points to be addressed.
