The Legal Status of the Bankruptcy Trustee

A master's thesis defense for student Zubaida Naji Danouk, titled "The Legal Status of the Bankruptcy Trustee," was held at the College of Law on Thursday, 14/5/2026, in the presence of a number of professors and those interested in legal affairs.

The discussion committee consisted of:

• Professor Dr. Midhat Saleh Ghaib / University of Tikrit – Chairman
• Assistant Professor Dr. Mohammed Latif Saleh / University of Fallujah – Member
• Assistant Professor Dr. Omar Ali Najm / University of Fallujah – Member
• Assistant Professor Dr. Majeed Ahmed Ibrahim / University of Fallujah – Member and Supervisor

The thesis addressed an important topic within the scope of commercial law, shedding light on the legal framework regulating the work of the bankruptcy trustee, and explaining his rights and obligations in managing the insolvent person's assets, in addition to the legal challenges he faces.

At the conclusion of the defense, the committee decided to grant the student a master's degree with a grade of (Very Good), wishing her continued success and prosperity in her academic and professional career.
