On Tuesday, 11/12/2024, the Legal Clinic Unit at the College of Law at the University of Fallujah held a workshop entitled (Skills for preparing memos, regulations, complaints, and managing warnings), and the lecturer at our college (Mr. Dr. Ahmed Talal Abdel Hamid) lectured. This training workshop is one of the elements of the training program for fourth-year students within the plan to activate the college’s academic accreditation program and control educational outcomes. The workshop aims to enable fourth-year students to face the challenges of the legal profession in the labor market after their graduation and to enable them to practice their specialty with quality and effectiveness and raise the level of their practical skill in preparing various memorandums and regulations, stating the requirements and data for their preparation, and explaining the role of the lawyer’s style and culture in influencing his work environment and his relationship with his clients on the one hand.
