Faculty Performance Evaluation: A Requirement for Program Accreditation
The College of Law at the University of Fallujah held a workshop titled "Faculty Performance Evaluation: A Requirement for Program Accreditation" on Monday, October 27, 2025, at ten o'clock in the morning in the Judge Dhia Shit Khattab Hall.
This workshop was held to achieve the desired goals and fulfill the requirements of the university's plan for training and development within the college, as well as to implement the annual plan of the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division.
The workshop was presented by Dr. (Moutaz Abdul Karim Al-Habari) from the Quality Assurance and University Performance Division at the university presidency. He addressed the importance of evaluating the performance of faculty members as one of the essential requirements for achieving program accreditation and its impact on improving the quality of university education and enhancing academic and institutional performance.
The workshop concluded with a set of recommendations and rich discussions that emphasized the necessity of adopting effective evaluation mechanisms that contribute to the development of academic programs and the achievement of comprehensive quality standards at the university.
