Drafting a Civil Lawsuit Petition and Advocacy Before the Judiciary

As part of the activities of the Legal Clinic Unit in our college, a training workshop entitled:
"Drafting a Civil Lawsuit Petition and Advocacy Before the Judiciary: Theoretical Foundation and Practical Application"
was held. It was presented by both Instructor (M.M. Muthanna Fayez Abd) and Lawyer (M.M. Sarmad Dalf Hanoush), on Wednesday, corresponding to 14/1/2026.

The workshop aimed to enhance the practical side of the students by introducing them to the fundamentals of drafting a civil lawsuit petition and the mechanisms of advocacy before the judiciary, linking the theoretical aspect with practical application in a way that contributes to developing their legal skills. The workshop targeted college students and witnessed active interaction and participation from the attendees.

At the conclusion of the workshop, the Dean of the College of Law presented a letter of thanks and a certificate of appreciation to the lecturers, in recognition of their scientific efforts and their effective contribution to the success of this training activity.
