With God’s blessing, the private law branch in our college discussed on Tuesday 12/12/2023 the topic submitted by the student (Alaa Abdel Samad Sabry) as a master’s thesis project in private law. The discussion committee consisted of: 1_ Prof. Dr. Suleiman Barak Dayeh, Chairman 2_ Prof. Dr. Saddam Faisal Cooks, Member 3_ Prof. Dr. Ziad Tariq Jassim, member and supervisor, where the committee expressed its observations surrounding the topic in all its aspects. Some suggestions were also presented to the student to serve her topic and to overcome the difficulties that she may face in the future.
