With God’s blessing, the Private Law Branch in our college discussed the topic submitted by the student (Zubaida Naji Danuk) as a master’s thesis project in private law. The discussion committee consisted of: 1_ Prof. Sahar Rashid Hamid, Chairman 2_ Prof. Omar Ali Najm, Member 3_ Prof. Majeed Ahmed Ibrahim, Member and Supervisor. The committee expressed its observations surrounding the topic in all its aspects, and some suggestions were also presented to the student in service of her topic, To overcome the difficulties that they may face in the future.
