With God’s blessing, the private law branch in our college discussed the topic submitted by the student (Mohamed Fawzi Khalifa) as a master’s thesis project in private law. The discussion committee consisted of: 1_ Prof. Dr. Majeed Ahmed Ibrahim as Chairman 2_ Prof. Dr. Mohamed Latif Saleh as a member 3_ Prof. Sahar Rashid Hamid as a member and supervisor. The committee expressed its observations surrounding the topic in all its aspects, and some suggestions were also presented to the student to serve his topic, and in order to overcome For the difficulties he may face in the future.
