With God’s blessing, the private law branch in our college discussed on Sunday, 12/8/2024, the topic submitted by the student (Omar Majeed Dhaidan) as a master’s thesis project in private law. The discussion committee consisted of: 1_ Prof. Saad Hussein Abd, Chairman 2_ Prof. Ziad Tariq Jassim, Member and Supervisor 3_ Prof. Ismail Fadel Halwas, Member and Supervisor The committee expressed its observations surrounding the topic from all Its aspects, and some suggestions were presented to the student to serve his subject, and to overcome the difficulties that he may face in the future.
